Describe the bug

Currently, the patient is sorted by default with no consultation card first then the remaining card is sorted with the oldest updated date first

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

After the no consultation card on the top, the remaining data should be sorted with the latest updated date first behavior
