Describe the bug

Since we are not recording time in the symptoms, showing the 12:00 Am in the tooltip doesn't give users proper data

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

Hide the time in the tooltip and only show the date
