Describe the bug

in the 13.6-inch screen laptop, the badges overlap with the IP numbers badges, when the "Consent Record Missing " badge appears in the dashboard

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

It should be properly responsive on all laptop screens
