Describe the bug

• When we apply the Category filters, no filters are been executed in the page

• when we apply the age min 18 and age max 24, there is something went wrong error been thrown (Badges are missing)
• Admitted to (Bed types) Filters are not working (Badges are missing)
• Discharge reason is working (Badges are missing)
• Telemedicine badges are not working (Badge missing)
• Respiratory support are filters are not working (Badge missing)
• Review missed filters are not working (Badge missing)
• Is medico-legal case filters are not working (Badge missing)
• non-of icd-11 filters are not working (Badge missing)
• date based filters are working (Badges are missing for admit, discharge date, onset of symptoms)
• geography based filters are missing Badges

• when we clear the badge of the applied filter in the search phone number & emergency number, the input field is not getting reset

• the IP number search for exact match and the filtering is not working properly
