Medicine administrated timeline is malfunctioning

Describe the bug

When we administrate a medicine with no titrated dose, the pop-up timeline mention it as a null dose

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to medicine administration
2. Click on administer it without iteration dose
3. See error

Expected behavior

it should be working as expected with and without iteration dose.
Note: for iterated medicine, the values are shown properly
