change date of birth field to year of birth in patient registration form

Describe the bug

When we try to transfer patient with the phone number, there date of birth are been used to cross-reference with the data, but if the patient registered using age, then this functionality will not be working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'patient registration form
2. Click on transfer patient
3. See error

Expected behavior

Change the Date of birth to year of birth in the pop-up
