Show Asset Down chip on the Assets Manage page

Describe the bug
The Asset Down chip is visible on the Assets Lists page but not on the Assets Manage page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /assets page
2. Open an asset with current status as Down
3. See error
