Describe the bug

currently File module doesn't preview module for .csv and .xlsx file types

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to patient file upload
upload .xlsx and .csv files
try to preview the file
See error

Expected behavior

we should be able to preview .xlsx and .csv files
