Doctor Notes are not updated live if device not subscribed to notifications. User may not be aware they have to subscribe to notifications for this to work #7220

Describe the bug
Doctor Notes are not updated live if device not subscribed to notifications. User may not be aware they have to subscribe to notifications for this to work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open same doctor notes popup of a consultation from two different users.
  2. Send a message from session A.
  3. Observe session B does not receive the message.
  4. Go to Notifications tab and Subscribe for Notifications.
  5. Repeat the above process, send from session A.
  6. Observe session B receives the message without needing to reload.

Expected behavior
Show a warning that device is not subscribed to notifications or automatically trigger popup to subscribe for notification when doctor notes is used.
