Bug: Error Message is missing for Patient consultation with no bed assigned

Describe the bug

When no bed is assigned to a patient in the consultation and the user clicks the log update button, the error message stating "Please assign a bed to the patient" is missing.

To Reproduce

1. Go to patient consultation page with no bed assigned
2. Click on log update button
3. See error " the error message is missing"

Expected behavior

• the proper error message should be shown for this action
