Patient advance filters clear button is malfunctioning

Describe the bug

When we click the clear filter in the patient advance filters, the "discharge reason" and "bed type" filters are removed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

When we click the clear filter in the patient advance filters, all the applied filters should be removed
