Describe the bug
Filters cache is not applying the cached filters

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a tab
  2. Apply filters
  3. Switch tabs and come back to the same tab
  4. Notice the filters applied earlier are not preserved

Expected behavior
filters applied earlier should be preserved
