Describe the bug
There is no close button once you open the discontinued prescriptions in the medicine tab. So it only closes once you refresh the page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to a consultation page and open the medicine tab
  2. Click on the Show discontinued prescription button.
  3. Now you can't close the discontinued prescription.

Expected behaviour
Have a close button to close the discontinued prescriptions.
