Privacy Control Alert under Live Camera Feed Enhancement

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If a patient has privacy control enabled, doctors will receive an alert indicating the privacy control status. They will be advised to contact hospital staff for assistance in removing the privacy control and once removed only, the doctor should be able to access the patient's camera feed.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Implement a privacy feature in the consultation bed model.
• Conditionally render feed based on privacy status.
