'Repeat Test' field in ICMR Form

ICMR form has a field asking whether it is a repeat test.

As of now, this is being automatically filled by the system, by detecting whether a sample request has been generated previously in the CARE system for the particular patient.

However, since we have had testing happening for months outside of the CARE system, it is impossible to get data of who all have been tested previously and feed it into the system at this point.

Therefore, can we not have the system automatically fill that field? Can we add a question for the same in the sample request form?
