Clear entries from the search index if they are not in db anymore

Describe the bug

we are having multiple dolo in the medicine of the patient consultation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

We only have one record in the DB however

Unable to reproduce it in develop. Reproducible only in staging

All medicines were duplicated twice in staging

Ressolved, the medicines from the old db were still present causing the duplication

@rithviknishad I guess this issue is resolved for the Satging application too as I am unable to reproduce it. Can you please check??

@nihal467 Although the initial issue has been fixed by recreating the search index, the reason for the occurrence of this issue has not been fixed yet.

To reproduce:

• Load search index from one db
• Load search index from another db (this DB would have different external ID's, and hence would cause duplicates in the search index)
