Issues:

Setup and configure Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics server:

During this step, the directions are incorrect, steps 1C and 1D are for steps 2 C and D, and steps 2C and 2D relate to steps 1C and 1D.

I'm unclear on steps 1 and 2D - earlier it asks to create user pentaho, but now we are changing owner to ubuntu? (I created pentaho and ubuntu users with su).

Step 4 - through google searches, found crontab, not sure what step 4a is specifying, 4b and 4c are clear.

Configure Pentaho Data Integration JNDI connections

Step 1, 2 , 3 - what should the source and target be? Is this the local SQL server? or is this the OpenEMR server?

step 4e - where are we moving file to?

So, my install does not work Also, i'm not sure how to check and see what part isn't functioning properly. Any wisdom or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Install Open JDK on a new/existing Ubuntu Instance:

I added:
sudo usermod -a -G sudo pentaho

Step 1c: sudo apt-get install openjdk

the above does not work, i used $ sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jdk (ubuntu lts 14, wouldnt find 8)
