1 프리셋 : 1 보조지표 정책으로 변경됨에 따라 보조지표를 한개만 세팅할 수 있도록 로직을 변경합니다.

** 변경 사항 **
보조지표가 1개면 + 버튼을 삭제하여 추가적인 보조지표 생성을 제한함
