Can HL accept attaching .txt files?

Kelly,
I can't attach .txt files to emails?
I was trying to avoid the formatting issue of meeting minutes, so I just attached a very plain text file.

Patrick seems successful -- he uploaded them to the doc repository and that triggered an email to the TC
