Either a report produced by the web version, using a URL like this:

https://validator.w3.org/checklink?uri=https%3A%2F%2Fa816-dohbesp.nyc.gov%2FIndicatorPublic%2F&summary=on&hide_redirects=on&hide_type=all&depth=&check=Check

Or as a command line program, as detailed in the docs, which could email us if it finds a broken link
