Arrêter les requêtes du tableau de bord si la page n'est pas visible #178

Actuellement le tableau de bord fait une requête par seconde même si l'onglet n'est pas visible.
A voir si on peut avoir l'info (car l'onglet peut être non actif mais vu par l'utilisateur).
