mixed content warnings on specific pages #99

We are receiving reports around mixed content warnings. there seems to be multiple places

Application codebase remove http
template pages to be double checked for http
moderators can add http URL

probable fixes

Fix the templates
Fix the current database
Implement a function to change all http inputs to https

We will keep a track of this issue in this log
Feel free to add url's in the comment

If you are invested in getting this fixed ASAP, feel free to propose a solution.

Pages like https://null.community/events/158-pune-from-crash-to-exploit are reported and as of now the admin dashboard also doesn't have capability to edit such and we will need to update the database directly. @abhisek we will need help on this.
