User profile markers

If this is raised earlier we should merge this issue but noting down as i just felt the need for this.

User profile should list if they are active chapter lead for a chapter or if they have held chapter lead position in past (inactive)

As of now i dont think we can keep a record of same person being active - inactive - active in one chapter but we can definately keep a tab on if they are active or inactive as of now.
