For the faucet, do we want to do an across the board drip of say 5 satoshi (player) and 10 satoshi (doctor) per minute? Or, should we make the drip rate variable based on the meeting difficulty (ex. regular check up is less stressful than potential covid diagnosis)?

Interesting question. If not too complex, we could try variable based on meeting difficulty.

We'll need a way to measure/determine the difficulty. What do you think of using the 1-10 Pain Scale as a difficulty setting in the doctor's control panel? Or, is there a better way of determining difficulty?
