itemprint and isrprint endpoints eliminated; isrprint reports folded into normal system and school reports. Note that isrprint reports are now generated with one file including all year levels in a school, as opposed to the previous configuration of one file per year level. This is so that the isrprint reports fit into the pipeline of normal reports, which take only school ACARA ids as a parameter, keeping all report signatures consistent.
