Use the mailchain Email SDK and the Novu guide to build a new provider to add a new provider

To allow the community to have more options in sending notifications.

@PSKK-Git The PR is still in the works, I would recommend looking for another provider. We have a few hidden at the end of the issues list.

Sorry @nick2432 i'm already working on this one. You can look into these issues, i believe many of them are not yet being worked upon.
