Support org-make-toc for generating table of contents (ToC)

https://github.com/alphapapa/org-make-toc is able to (auto-)generate headings with anchor links to sub-headings.

lazyblorg could be extended for this syntax which also results in HTML anchors for each heading which can be exposed via CSS to be used to directly generate jump-links to sub-headings.
