Hello!

I had the same problem. Using the text editor you can edit the file /config/custom_components/eufy_security/manifest.json

Copying the text from the GitHub repository: https://github.com/nonsleepr/ha-eufy-security/blob/master/custom_components/eufy_security/manifest.json

Reboot and voila!
