Use a single AD8608 quad opamp as four well-matched unity gain buffers to buffer OUT-A, OUT-B, SMU-A, SMU-B, both channels before and after the current sense resistors.
Use two channels of a second AD8608 as a single-pole antialiasing filter, complete with a 1/2 voltage divider.
Use the other two channels of a second AD8608 as a difference amplifier, likely with gain 100 given by 1M and 10K resistor arrays.
May need loop compensation capacitor for difference in gain bandwidth / freq response between AD8608 and OPA567s.
