How can always center the slides that i hovering

Hey guys, i found swiper slider the most complete and professional slider. I'm here for asking some help. I'm developing this slider, and i would like to achieve ones similar to what is on prime video. Pratically the ones it is on prime video always shows the entire cards while hovering, how can achieve that functions??
