How can I use wrangler dev to run a vinxi app

Hi, not sure if this is a vinxi, nitro, or other question. I'm using vinxi as part of a Tanstack Start app. I need to be able to run the app using wrangler dev in development so I can utilize Cloudflare resources and hot reloading. I haven't seen this anywhere in the docs and can't seem to figure out how to make it work. Any guidance appreciated.
