镜像站访问失败，提示ERROR 429

Error Information

我是中泰证券股份有限公司IT人员，我在访问https://mirrors.nju.edu.cn/下载的时候提示：ERROR 429: Too Many Requests。
初步怀疑服务器请求太多，但是通过排查没有任何一个请求，截图如下，

​我们机房申请了新的互联网线路，200M专线带宽，目前机房机器切到该线路运行，公网地址3个：123.88.23.74-76，属于东莞市。
我们机器从站点同步镜像到内部，供内部机器使用，包含：Ubuntu，centos，
Ubuntu，OpenEuler,almalinux，rockLinux，k8s，epel源等，机房同步带宽较大目的是为了同步快，频率每月同步，正规用途，谢谢！

这个两年是HSTS的，和被封毫无关系。
你用正常的浏览器，比如chrome下载这个iso是没有问题的吧

您这个情况可以用rsync每月同步需要的库到内部使用，而不是用http。
