Major front update (Vue 3 migration)
7998f07 
- Update Vue.js from 2 to 3 (keep options API, replace mixins with composables)
- Migrate from Buefy to Oruga UI
- Migrate from Vuex to Pinia
- Migrate from Moment.js to Date-fns and TinyDuration
- Migrate from Vue-CLI / Webpack to Vite / Rollup
- Remove Verte in favor of native color picker
- Remove vue.$Provider
- Fix notifications icon on mobile view
- Fix some missing components name
