I entered an ipApi key and set the Geolocation type to "ipApi", and I made sure the "only show to admins" option was un-checked, but the banner still displays when visiting from a US location.

I should also note that my ipApi account shows no requests, so I'm wondering if the plugin is failing to contact the API? No errors in the web logs.
