HELP-568 OBI ids not available for some tissues

Dear C2M2 support,

In the process of looking up the respective OBI ids for tissues in the MoTrPAC data, I was not able to find ids for the following tissues:

brown adipose
gastrocnemius
hippocampus
hypothalamus
small intestine
vastus lateralis
vena cava
white adipose

Thanks to Matt’s suggestion on looking up just adipose alone, I was able to find the respective OBI id for it (OBI:0002530). Can you let us know whether this OBI id is sufficient for both brown and white adipose?

As for the other tissues, would you mind letting me know whether I was looking at the wrong tissue term or they just don’t have equivalent OBI ids at this time?
