This one is better:

from(bucket: "glances")
  |> range(start: v.timeRangeStart, stop:v.timeRangeStop)
  |> filter(fn: (r) =>
    r._measurement == "load" and
    r._field == "min5"
  )
  |> aggregateWindow(every: v.windowPeriod, fn: mean, createEmpty: false)
  |> yield(name: "mean")

So need an hard and long work to migrate, i just open an issue #1960 to track this.
