Add move to other desktop submenu to windowlist button menu

Need a way to move a window to another desktop from the window button's menu for windows without normal title bars (like most browsers).

Will probably need to add some kind of submenu functionality for this, since listing all the desktops in the main menu would make it to long.

Should probably wait until after the popup restructuring (#3)
