We need to create multiple articles related to our project to capture new learnings from this BCP. However, with the current project page format, it could be unclear which article is the most up-to-date. How can we reformat the page to address this?

Potential solutions include:

  • (High-code solution) Create a main page for each project and link related articles to this page.
  • (High-code solution) Implement a folder structure with high-level project folders, attaching milestones to each page.
  • (Medium-code solution) Establish a naming convention for pages, possibly ordering them by timestamp so the latest article is at the top.
  • (Low-code solution) Use tags to categorise each project.
