XPDR page STBY and MODE C buttons #281

On XPDS page are 2 empty buttons (15 buttons version). Add there a STBY and MODE C buttons will be nice.

Those functions aren't yet exposed via simconnect, so we can't.

If you download mobiflight wasm module and make your own buttons for toggling the transponder mode, that is about as good as you can get it for now.
