Improvement request: Startup parameters to automatically startup in recording state

Thanks for this excellent program.
Suggest to add an option to start the program in recording state or add parameters when launching the program in recording state.

I added this to the sim to auto start recording when SimConnect is connected, but I realize that causes problem because SimConnect is connected when you are in the menu, so recording will start in some weird coordinate.

I'll add this once the tool starts to detect menu & loading screen as described in #66.
