Registered @ngui as npm organization name

I just successfully registered ngui, ng-ui, angularui and angualr-ui as npm organization names, which means we can change our module names more organized. For example , ng2-map can be @ngui/map.

This is few examples
@ngui/autocomplete
@ngui/datetime-picker
@ngui/sticky

We are in luck to get this on time. Hope this luck continues.

• ng2-utils has been moved to @ngui/utils.
• ng2-datetime-picker has been moved to @ngui/datetime-picker.

@ndcunningham Do you want to move ng2-auto-complete?
@aitboudad Do you want to try ng2-map?

Please don't forget to;

1. update plunker example with new module name.
2. update README.also with changes including deprecation message.

You should sent the deprecation warning in one release in order to make people aware.

• ng2-react has been moved to @ngui/react.
  @smitthakkar96 good idea. We need to update README.also with changes.
