The package registry could offer validation via API.

We could go that route in general vs. implementing a cross-language library for managing and executing validation packages.

This way, the arc-validate CLI tool could stay a .NET only tool that is exclusively used in our gitlab cqc context, while local tools such as the arcitect could schedule validation via API calls.
