Following up from https://nfcore.slack.com/archives/C015TL397U4/p1634126513038100 from Benjamin Wingfield

  • Set up a workflow for nf-core/gwas to develop scores
  • Implementing something very similar to genopredpipe (this is much more complicated and would use around a dozen different R packages)
  • Expected input: large amounts of genotype data with known phenotypes, GWAS summary statistics, some reference panels
  • Expected output: scoring file (+ maybe evaluation metrics)
