NextGIS QGIS version: 20.4.0
Windows 10, 64 bit
Шаги:

Создать новый временный слой (полигоны, WGS 84, )
Режим редактирвоания слоя -> Добавить пару полигонов -> Сохранить
Открыть таблицу атрибутов -> Режим редактирования
Добавить первое поле -> ок
Добавит второе поле -> Crash
