Camera not turning on first call connect

Steps to reproduce

Just make a normal video call on the android app

Expected behaviour

Normally it should have connected on the first time like it used to work in the web interface

Actual behaviour

The camera turns on for both the parties because we could see it ourselves.
But the other person can't see me unless I turn off and on by pressing the video icon the call interface.
SAME for the opposite user too
