Describe the solution you'd like

  • A recognisable icon, as is already used for the Google Play Store
  • Providing a changelog / release notes, as it is already provided for the Nextcloud synchronisation client, for example.

icon should be fixed by https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-android/pull/4314/files

should take a closer look at fastlane handling in general

fastlane handling in files app: https://github.com/nextcloud/android/blob/a05d638407bf3a2ceb50954666f290cc7b7f15ec/fastlane/Fastfile#L274
