Table Description Links require extra clicks and movement

Currently clicking a link in the table description will popup a second link to follow said link...
having to click a link, move the mouse and click a second link when we all really want to just follow the link on the first click, seems a bit extra...

Trying to work around this, I figured creating a new table for links (as those links in a table item do not require a second click per link) would be nice,.. except when I add table to an Application I'm unable to reorder tables on the application page.. leaving me in quite a conundrum as far as usable for my needs... not sure how much of that description is necessary, but figured I'd mention it as it could be useful. I could open a second ticket if needed for reordering tables on an application.. I suspect its sorting by table id (low to high) by default, but didn't dig into the code, sorry.

I was able to reorder the tables on an application by saving between each change, but it would be a much cleaner solution to have links be a simple single click on the table description
