Before we get started, you will need the following:
- A Vonage Video API account, which you can create for free here.
- Node.js installed and some basic javascript knowledge.
- A Zendesk account with administrator rights.
- The Zendesk App Tools (ZAT) installed. You can find more information here.
- An Amazon S3 account
