Add Local Storage as emplexer source.

today emplexer have http, nfs and smb to use local hdd attached to dune,
you need to choose one of these options and add the local path manually.
When emplexer back in the configuration it had done previously, a validation if the path is consistent with the type used is performed, if not, return it to default.
