Resume Play issues with iso blu-ray & dvd

I have 2 iso blu-rays & 1 iso dvd

iso blu-ray:
Does not give the option to resume play or start from, it will just play where I last played the movie. The other movie file gives the option but will only play where I last played the movie regardless if I press resume or play from the start.

iso dvd:
No option to resume or play from start.
